Incredible Pallet Fold-Down Outdoor Bar – Easy as 1, 2, 3!

Pallet Fold-Down Outdoor Bar

Outdoor bars have a number of benefits over conventional indoor bars. They are an attractive centrepiece, and very easy to use. They usually do not need running water or electricity, making Mother Nature your power source.

There are certain advantages of having your own outdoor bars. Outdoor bars are generally built in exposed places like terraces, backyards and swimming pools.

They are generally used for entertaining purposes.  These bars are built-in spaces that are generally used for other purposes. If you have outdoor bars, you can have a good time no matter what occasion.

Outdoor bars can really enhance the appeal of your home or commercial building. They can also be a great area to have conversations with neighbours or friends and can help you relax, have fun, or even work on your tan.

If you don’t have the budget or space for a full-size outdoor table, then this fold-away table made from pallets could be a great solution.

It’s cheap, rustic, beautiful, and most importantly recycled!

If you want to create your own outdoor space to hang out with family and friends during nice weather, then you should gather all the materials we have on our list as well as the tools that you’ll be needing for this simple outdoor weekend project.

Start by measuring and cutting the pallets according to your bar’s desired length, height and width. Once you’ve decided on your design, grab your wood and a sander.

Sand your pallet to smoothen the surface. If you sand your wood and it looks terrible, you may want to sand again. Sanding takes time, but once you have the desired depth and finish, your wooden pallet ideas will come to life.

After sanding your pallets, you can choose to paint them or not. If you are going to leave them natural you will want to seal them with a wood coat, but if you want to paint them you will want to sand them as smooth as possible. The smoother the pallet the better the paint will stick.

Depending on your design, attach the main frame of your fold-down table to your chosen outdoor living space. You will need metal brackets for these. The table is very simple in design and can be folded up when not in use.

The table has a metal bracket, which is used to hold the table up and can be placed on a wall. This can be used for extra support to prevent the table from falling over. Then join the table and the frame together using the hinges.

It is very important to use sturdy hinges because they will be the ones to hold your table aside from the steel chain. Using bolts, nuts and screws, you may now add the steel chain to both sides of the table to have additional support when it is being used.

Then you can add shelves to the frame of the table, to store wines, wine glasses, etc. the foldable table will now serve as doors for your storage when not in use.
